Rodeo Gal.....

Texan Lucyle Richards (1909-1995) was inducted into National Cowgirl Hall of Fame in 1987. Leaving her family ranch in Talihena, Oklahoma, Lucyle toured the country as a saddle bronc rider. She performed around the world--referred to in the newspapers as “the prettiest and best dressed cowgirl in America.” She bought her own plane and learned acrobatic flying in 1939.
