This same sign has hung there for ages.
And it looks as cool as ever.
On our 4th grade field trip
we toured the store and shop.
They had elephant leather for us to feel.
(funny the things you remember)
Later I would live in Pendleton
for several years.
Lots of good memories
and wonderful friendships
that will last til.....
forever.
